“I was raised in the Mad River Valley of Vermont with the ski racing and photography roots running deep amongst my family. By high school I found my passion for racing was fading and with it my identity as a skier. I was always an avid consumer of ski movies and in college at the University of Vermont my passion for sliding on snow was sparked again while filming my first backcountry/ freeride ski edit. In the pursuit of these ski edits and photography assignments, I found myself amongst friends searching out every nook and cranny of skiable terrain in Vermont and I can’t say that pursuit has every really stopped haha”
